Re: CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME FROM MINET LIMITED TO MINET UGANDA
INSURANCE BROKERS LIMITED
This is to notify you that we have changed our Company name from Minet Limited to Minet
Uganda Insurance Brokers Limited effective 30th March 2023. Attached is the certificate of
Change of Name.
The change of name was done to fulfil a directive of the Insurance Regulatory Authority of Uganda (IRAU) ref IRA/CIR/03/22/737 dated 30.03.2022- “Use of Names within Insurance Industry in Uganda”. The IRAU required all insurance players to amend their names to reflect the nature of services they provide. Please note that this amendment does not affect our operations or our dealing with you.
Going forward, all our Accounts, materials and communications will reflect the new name Minet Uganda Insurance Brokers Limited, and request that you take note and update your records accordingly.
