Our journey started almost 70 years ago as JH Minet Company. In 1997 Aon, the leading global provider of risk management, human resource consulting and outsourcing, acquired the U.K. shareholder, London Minet, as part of their African expansion strategy. As a result, the company became Aon Minet, and subsequently Aon. In 2017 private equity firm Capitalworks acquired Aon’s shareholding in several African operations, alongside local shareholders including governments in many markets, which has created what is now Aon’s largest Global Network Correspondent.

Chief Executive Officer
Retselisitsoe Leboela is Chief Executive Officer at Minet Lesotho. Previously Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Aon Lesotho, Retselisitsoe has been in the insurance industry for 23 years. He holds a BCom degree in Accounting, obtained from the National University of Lesotho in 1994, and is a Licentiate of the Insurance Institute of South Africa.
Business Development Consultant
Mantai Moteka is Business Development Consultant at Minet Lesotho. Mantai has a 10-year diversified experience in Sales and Marketing across various industries including the Banking and Real Estate sectors, and Diplomatic Missions. She holds an Associate Degree in Business Management and a Certificate in Business Studies.
Client Relationship and Claims Manager
Maphano Matsoso is Client Relationship and Claims Manager at Minet Lesotho. Maphano was previously Claims Manager and Legal Advisor at Aon Lesotho and has 19 years’ experience in the insurance sector, particularly in claims handling. She holds a Degree in Bachelor of Arts in law from the University of Lesotho while pursuing a master’s degree in Corporate law at UNISA.
Short Term Service Manager
Lintle Khaebana is Short-Term Service Manager at Minet Lesotho. Formally Short-Term Service manager at AON Lesotho, Lintle has been in the insurance sector for over a decade. She is an alumnus of UNISA where she studied risk Management as well as Insurance and is furthermore a fellow member of Insurance Institute of Africa.
Employee Benefits Senior Accounts Executive
Bokang Mokoma is Senior Accounts Executive for Employee Benefits at Minet Lesotho and is trusted mainly for managing relationships with stakeholders and corporate clients, as well as with Business Development for Minet Lesotho. Bokan has obtained extensive influence in different sectors including Health, Mining, Construction and Retail for overseeing up to M1.9b worth of assets throughout four years of working with Metropolitan Lesotho. He holds a degree in B.A Economics from the National University of Lesotho, Retirement Fund Admin from UNISA, Customer Centric Management Strategy from USB whilst still in pursuit of his Postgrad Diploma in Financial Planning with the University of Free State.
