INDO Zambia Bank has launched Bancassurance, an initiative that will integrate banking and insurance.
This is in partnership with Minet Insurance Brokers Zambia and Prudential Life Assurance Zambia.
Speaking during the launch in Lusaka today, Indo Zambia Bank Managing Director KOWDICHAR SHASHIDHAR explained that the launch has fulfilled a financial solution of a one-stop shop for financial and insurance services for its customers.
Mr. SHASHIDHAR has reiterated Indo-Zambia Bank’s unrelenting commitment to fostering economic growth, supporting businesses and empowering society at large.
He noted that in today’s dynamic market, customer expectations are constantly evolving, hence the need to offer services that provide convenience and security.
And Prudential Life Assurance Chief Executive Officer KACHIZYA KWENDA said the alliance is very special because clients will be able to do all their transactions in one place.
Meanwhile, Minet Insurance Brokers Zambia Managing Director HUMPHREY KABWE pointed out that the insurance products respond to the day-to-day needs of the people of Zambia and called members of the public to ensure that they are part of the insurance being offered.
